24x7 Road-Side Assistance (RSA)

AutoAid’s RSA plan offers you peace of mind on the road with comprehensive support available 24/7 across India. Whether you face a minor issue or a major emergency, our extensive range of RSA services ensures that help is just a call away, anytime and anywhere. Here’s a detailed overview of the services included in AutoAid RSA plans. 

Towing Services

Roadside Assistance covers towing for a distance of up to 30 km. Additional distance will incur an approximate fee of ₹40/km.

Jumpstart Assistance 

Our technician will carry a spare battery to jumpstart your vehicle. If the issue persists, we may need to either charge or replace your battery. While battery charging is free, battery replacement will require additional payment for the new battery.

Tyre Services 

We provide: 

• Stepney Tyre Change – Our technician will replace your flat or damaged tyre with the spare (Stepney) available in your vehicle. If you do not have a spare tyre or if it is also unusable, we can assist with alternative solutions such as towing or puncture repair.
• Puncture Repair (for both tube and tubeless tyres): If multiple punctures are found in a single claim, the customer can either claim one more service or pay for the additional repairs. 

Key Lockout Assistance 

In case you’ve locked your keys inside your vehicle, our technician will assist you in unlocking the door. Note: This service does not include key replacement if the key is lost, but we can help with arrangements.

Fuel Assistance 

We will deliver up to 5 litres of fuel (petrol or diesel) to your location. The cost of the fuel is borne by the customer, only transportation charges are included in the service.

Minor Repairs 

We can perform small repairs, such as fuse replacements. For major repairs or leaks, we will arrange towing to the nearest workshop. 

Wrong Fueling

If you accidentally fill your vehicle with the wrong fuel, we will provide fuel drainage and system cleaning to prevent damage and get you back on the road. Fuel cost will be charged separately.

Blood Provision / Medical Coordination / Ambulance Assistance 

In emergencies, we can coordinate with local hospitals and blood banks for medical needs. Although we cannot guarantee results, we will strive to assist in these critical situations. This service is unlimited and free of charge. 

Taxi Service 

In the event of a breakdown rendering your vehicle immobile, we will arrange a taxi or vehicle to transport you to your destination. 

Accommodation Assistance 

If your vehicle breaks down far from home and needs time for repair, we will help you find accommodation. Please note, the accommodation charges are not included in this service. 

Assistance Over the Phone 

For minor issues, our technician or service advisor will guide you through troubleshooting over the phone. 

Vehicle Custody Service 

If you need your vehicle transported to a specific location within 50 km, we will assign a driver to transport your vehicle.
